Exchange / Return Policy

  • Exchange / Refund Policy only applies for defective products
  • We do not accept exchanges and refunds for product that were not received defective.
  • You have 10 calendar days to exchange / return a defective item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for an exchange/return, the item must be un-used and in the same condition that you received it.

PayNow to UEN 53389489A
For payment via PayNow, do use your order number as the payment reference. The order number is found after you place your order.
Ensure Apex ElderCare is the registered payee name before you confirm your transfer.
Your order will be shipped only after funds clearance.
